Friday, September 30th will pay host to a particularly rare event known as the Black Moon, during which the side of the moon that usually reflects the suns rays is hidden in shadow, making it almost impossible to see. The black moon event occurs roughly every 32 months but what makes this particular example so rare was that the first of the month held a solar eclipse, these two celestial events happening in a single month have many fearing the worst, or perhaps best depending on their faith.
INCREDIBLY RARE LUNAR EVENT LINKED TO END OF THE WORLD PROPHECIES
The specific biblical passage referred to is as follows, “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.” Luke 21: 25. The events of the solar eclipse and the black sun certainly seem to fall in line with what this passage states.
Celestial signs are something of a traditional warning of the end times, many scriptures reference them and link them to the beginning of the very end on Earth. Conspiracy theorists, skeptics and religious scholars alike are looking into these symbols and interpreting them as possible signs of the end; many are preparing themselves on the off chance it does turn out to be a Biblical end world scenario, seeing being prepared as just good sense.
Even the timing of these events seems concerning, the Black Moon will herald the beginning of the Jewish Feast of Trumpets (its common name, among Jewish people it is known as Rosh Hashanah) This festival heralds the beginning of the Jewish new year and it certainly seems interesting that this event would coincide so perfectly with these multiple celestial events.
I see myself as a true skeptic, but I know I will be waiting for this even with some degree of concern, the true skeptic keeps their mind open and keeps themselves prepared for what may indeed be the worst.
